€67This first new moon of the year will be in the earth sign of Capricorn which is associated with goals, achievements, wisdom and responsibility. This is the perfect moment to set your intentions for the upcoming year with the energy boost of Capricorn that makes our desires solid and real so that they can be sustained over time and transform from desires to objectives.
Capricorn governs the root chakra, which is linked to the ability to manifest our desires and intentions on earth, so our special guest Ash Mckenzie (doula, yoga teacher, physiotherapist, breath work therapist and craneosacral therapist) will be teaching us everything about pelvic floor health both the physical and energetic aspects.
